Description
This is an Irish Red Ale based on Kilkenny Irish Cream Ale, best served at low carbonation and even better if you’re using a nitrogen mix.
This is the grain to make a 23 litre batch. Please note, you do need to add the hops and yeast.
ABV: 4.3%
IBU: 29
We recommend brewing this beer with the following:
- 20g of Northern Brewer
- 20g of Challenger
- 20g of Fuggles
- 20g of East Kent Goldings
- 2 x Fermentis SafAle US-05
