Description
A pale, spicy, fruity, yet refreshing wheat based ale using premium malts from Germany. If you’re looking for an authentic result, this is a great recipe.
The key to this style is looking after your yeast during fermentation. Make sure you use the appropriate pitch rate and oxygenate your wort before pitching for the best results. Drink fresh.
ABV: 5.0%
IBU: 15
This is the grain to make a 23 litre batch. Please note, you do need to add the hops and yeast.
We recommend brewing this beer with the following:
- 20g Hallertau Tradition
- 2 x Lalbrew Munich Classic
- 500g Rice Hulls
