Topaz™ is a rare gem that has many different facets. It is definitely an efficient bittering hop that is high in alpha acids, but Topaz’s bright and breezy nature shows in late additions and with dry hopping. In the boil Topaz™ can present with resin and pine, but there are light fruit flavors of lychee and clementines from low heat applications.
