- Ideal fermentation temperatures are: 20-26 degrees.
- Ferment for a minimum of 7 days. Malt extracts will require additional fermentation time.
- This yeast is ideal for use with full grain whiskey / bourbon mashes.
- For best results with extracts, use 2.5kg of Liquid Light Malt Extract and 4.5kg of Dextrose or 6kg of Sugar.
