Premium Rum Yeast with Glucoamylase Enzyme

  • Ideal fermentation temperatures are a little higher than normal; 24-30 degrees. Higher temperatures will produce familiar rum congener profiles but do not exceed 35 degrees.
  • Ferment for a minimum of 7 days. Molasses and complex sugars require additional fermentation time.
  • For best results, use 2.5kg of Molasses and 4kg of Sugar. You can also use 6kg of Sugar instead.
