Gladfield Dark Chocolate Malt is dark in colour and light on astringency due to their unique roasting technique. It has lovely coffee/chocolate aromas and is a big hit with Porter and Stout drinkers.
Use: Adds deep coffee, chocolate and dark roast flavours.
