Description
Sometimes you need a beer that you and your mates can sit and have a few without getting completely smashed… Here’s a session ale to help with that.
This recipe is very flexible in terms of hopping, we like Topaz as it gives a light tropical fruit and lychee flavour that isn’t overwhelming. You can use other varieties, just make sure you adjust the recipe to match the IBU’s.
ABV: 3.9%
IBU: 24
This is the grain to make a 23 litre batch. Please note, you do need to add the hops and yeast.
We recommend brewing this beer with the following:
- 100g of Topaz (or similiar fruity varieties)
- 2 x Lalbrew Verdant IPA
