While Green Bullet was originally bred as a bittering hop , it has a pleasingly mellow and resinous oil profile which is good for late additions in English ale styles.
It is regarded as a “workhorse” in New Zealand and is widely used there.
Green Bullet is moderately intense with a distinct floral, resinous character similar to Styrian Goldings. Layered with hints of musky, Southern Hemisphere fruit.
