Bluestone SAN DIEGO BSY-A010 – Ale Yeast is made in Melbourne. It shows clean characteristics and performs well at standard ale temps but for exceptionally crisp ales you can brew between 14-16ºC. However, for crystal clear beers filtration or fining is required.
